Ingredients
2 cup plain Greek yogurt
½ cups cucumber, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Opa! Greek Souvlaki Spice Blend
2 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped (optional)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for several hours. Serve with
calamari, veggie sticks or use a dip for lamb or chicken kabobs.
